How quickly can you provide a shortlist?
Typically within a few business days for common profiles (Azure/AWS/DevOps/Platform). For niche requirements we'll agree timelines in the brief.
What are your fees?
Permanent hires: 15-20% depending on volume/exclusivity. Contract hires: daily rate or fixed fee. We'll confirm terms upfront.
Do you screen candidates technically?
Yes. We verify cloud platform exposure, infrastructure as code, containerisation, CI/CD and automation, and we assess communication and stakeholder skills.
Do you cover remote roles?
Yes - we're a UK remote-first agency and support on-site, hybrid and fully-remote roles.
